I know you have probably seen me from my before and after pregnancy videos, where I have shown the most vulnerable pictures and videos of myself just to give people a more realistic view of pregnancy, postpartum, and all things motherhood. I love that you are curious about me and what I do, but I am really here to share my wellness journey and what I call, the 'mama glow up'.
